Description: Txt2Cart is a B2B workplace SMS group food-ordering tool. There is no public advertising or self-serve 'text START to join' call-to-action -- Txt2Cart is not marketed to the general public.
The only way a phone number enters the system is a named group organizer entering a specific, known coworker's number to invite them to a group order. That invited coworker receives an initial disclosure message; no further messages are sent unless the recipient replies. Their reply -- placing or declining the order -- is the affirmative action that establishes consent. A recipient who never replies gets no further messages.
Separately, someone who already knows about a group order (told verbally or by another channel) may text START to self-serve confirm. This is a secondary confirmation path for someone already informed of the group order, not a public opt-in advertised anywhere.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity, typically a handful of messages per group order.
